Dry mortar equipment installation sequence
1. Before transporting the dry mortar equipment to the site, the scale and size of the site must be measured, followed by the raw material tank and construction work platform;
2. Once the equipment arrives at the site, it needs to be lifted and installed in a top-to-bottom sequence. The mixing equipment includes: the twin shaft gravity mixer, the finished product warehouse and the packaging machine;
3. After lifting the main equipment, the weighing equipment, bucket elevator, conveying screw, dust collector, air compressor and control system are lifted one by one;
4. After all equipment has been suspended, docking work must be carried out. Here we must pay attention to the sealing and connection between the equipment;
5. After the docking work is completed, it is necessary to start the commissioning work to check whether the components can operate normally, and then put them into use after there are no problems.
