Dry mortar equipment design process
The design of dry mortar equipment is a very complex process, mainly including two aspects, one is the overall assembly design of dry mortar equipment, and the other is the design of dry mortar equipment assembly parts.
For the whole dry mortar equipment product, it can be regarded as a whole design. There are two design methods: one is to thoroughly understand the reliability of the entire system of the dry mortar equipment and the various parts of the dry mortar equipment. A detailed analysis is carried out and then the reliability of the whole product is deduced and it must be ensured that the reliability of the overall design can meet the relevant design criteria; one is to analyse the overall reliability of the dry mortar equipment into the design of each component. When the reliability design of the components meets the relevant indexes, the reliability of the whole dry mortar equipment product can be ensured.
When designing the individual parts of the dry mortar equipment, one should choose to use parts that meet the relevant regulations or are widely used in the market, and adopt different design methods for different important parts, especially the key parts of the dry mortar equipment. Reliability tests must be carried out on the components. In order to ensure the quality and reliability of the dry mortar equipment products, several tests should be carried out until the standards are met.
The working process of dry mortar equipment.
1. Before the testing machine, all reducers of this dry mortar equipment must be refuelled. The dry mortar equipment needs to be refuelled. There are: 1 conveyor pump reducer 2 batching drum 3 bucket elevator 4 double shaft mixer 5 finished product bin reducer 6 air compressor etc.
2. Connect all motor lines, connect the pneumatic control line to the distribution cabinet, then test them one by one, adjust the steering and weigh the ingredients. After commissioning the valve packing machine, prepare for production.
3. First turn on the bucket elevator, the air compressor, the dust collector, start the dosage drum and start working and lift the prepared material from the drum to the warehouse for mixing.
4. Start the twin-shaft gravity-free mixer and start the finished product warehouse motor.
5. After 3-5 minutes of operation of the twin-shaft gravity-free mixer, start the power supply of the finished product warehouse, open the valve of the twin-shaft gravity-free mixer and put the material into the finished product warehouse. Pack up.
6. When the pneumatic valve button is released, close the pneumatic door and start the bucket elevator for the second feeding.
