Taking into account the suspension volume, the fine feed unit gradually decelerates and pre-stops (determined when regulating the volume). At the same time, the stop valve is immediately closed to intercept any possible slumping. The dry mortar line instrumentation records the amount of material taken at any time. After the fine feeding device has stopped, the delay is Δt seconds. After the stop of the stationary unit, the steady display of the meter shows the value of the batch of material to be handled. Next, both materials start to repeat the above process rapidly to the dosing box until the entire dosage process is completed. You can also manually spot the fine material, taking into account the operator's operating habits and specific requirements.
After the dosage of the measuring silo has been completed, the tilting sealing valve at the bottom of the warehouse opens automatically and the material from the measuring silo of the dry mortar production line unit is discharged into the mixer via flexible joints and pipes. After the material has been emptied, the gauge returns to zero and the tilt seal valve closes automatically. Go to the next component cycle. If the material is not emptied in time, the tilt seal valve will not close automatically. You cannot move on to the next programme. At this point, the air nozzle is automatically ejected downwards to eject the material. In the case of a flexible warehouse, the massage unit will automatically start draining the material.
It is very important that the inclined sealing valve is completely sealed. If the bottom valve of a dry mortar line is not well sealed, there will be leaks, which not only affects the accuracy of the dosage, but also pollutes the environment with too much dust on site.
