Mortar equipment anti-corrosion and anti-rust method

Because mortar equipment is designed with high humidity and sometimes even corrosive impurities, it will inevitably lead to rot in the long-term operation of the equipment. Once the mortar equipment is rotten, it will lead to a reduction in the performance of the equipment or even shorten the life of the dryer. So, how should mortar equipment be protected against rust and corrosion?

1. Stainless steel material is used for sand drying cylinder. In general, ordinary carbon steel dryers have extended drying operation time, in a long-term wet environment, it is easy to rust and other phenomena, and stainless steel cylinders have good corrosion resistance.

2. Spraying electrostatic powder. The so-called electrostatic powder coating is a new type of coating on the sand drying cylinder. These coatings are tough, durable, decorative, excellent outdoor weathering and heat resistance, as well as excellent gloss and colour properties. It can completely replace dryers made of stainless steel, significantly reducing costs.

3. Good work in the welding department. There are many parts on the grit baking cylinder that must be welded, and if the welds are corroded, the service life of the equipment will be seriously affected. Therefore, when the mortar equipment, we can use stainless steel welding to improve the corrosion resistance and fracture resistance of the dryer.

4. Mortar equipment is passivated and phosphated to not only fill the surface of the steel workpiece with rust, but also to form a dense anti-rust film on the metal surface. In this way, even if the dryer is in a humid environment, it will not rust. It is simple to operate and can greatly save manpower and material investment, which is a widely used anti-corrosion and anti-rust method at present.
