The mortar plant mix settling chamber should have as much space as possible
The terrible thing in the work of mortar equipment is the wear and tear of machine parts, especially in the case of insufficient time. At this time, the wear and tear of machine parts can seriously affect the efficiency of work. Small parts are worthless, but the problem is that they affect the workflow. Let's look at mortar equipment.
Mortar equipment generally uses impeller-type mixing. The dry powder mixer is equipped with an auxiliary suction opening. A proper opening of the inlet by means of a regulating plate makes it possible to create a negative pressure in the mixing chamber when the mixer is working, which facilitates the discharge after the screen. If the opening of the regulating plate is too small, the air intake is not large, the negative pressure in the mixing chamber is small, the mixing material cannot be discharged smoothly, the mixing material is excessively crushed, the heat of the large mixing chamber cannot be discharged in time, and the mixer inevitably "heats up". When the mortar equipment is "hot", the opening of the regulating plate must be checked.
The space of the mixing chamber of the mortar equipment should be as large as possible to facilitate the smooth and timely discharge of the mixing material. Therefore, appropriate space should be reserved in the design process to meet the process requirements. Due to the high speed rotation of the dry mortar mixer blowing and rubbing the material, moisture and fine dust in the material will be adhered by the pulse dust collector bag and the wind resistance will increase. Over time, the air volume and pressure of the dust collector will be lost. When the grinder "heats up", the output is reduced and the dust collector bags must be replaced or cleaned in time.
Improper use of mortar equipment and prolonged overloading can cause the mixer to heat up or even burn out the motor. The correct condition is to run the motor at 90% of its rated load. With the correct analysis of the causes of "hot" wear and tear on mortar equipment, we can take a proactive approach to correcting and maintaining mortar equipment.
When the mortar equipment has been used, it is important that the barrel and mixing leaves are scrubbed clean with water and dried, and that long-term non-users put anti-rust oil on the surface of the same barrel and leaves. If you do not clean the material on the mixer leaves, long-term idleness will be difficult to clean after caking, and then the mixing time will affect the mixing efficiency and uniformity of the mortar equipment.
