6. Pay attention to the leakage of the pipeline: whether the hydraulic equipment is in good condition, after running for a period of time, you can see whether there is oil leakage and whether the pipeline is loose.
7. Pay attention to check the display value of the level: always observe the pressure gauge display value of the hydraulic circuit, the vibration condition and stability of the pressure switch light, and find out early whether the hydraulic circuit is working properly as far as possible.
8. Pay attention to the operating status of the new machine within three months of operation: During the operation of the new machine, check the operating status, such as the maintenance of machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil is loose The temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates rapidly, and check whether the conditions of use are in accordance with the regulations.
9.
