Dry mortar equipment production line is mainly composed of elevator, premix bin, small bin, mixer, finished product bin, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control cabinet, gas phase balance system. It adopts double-shaft paddle mixer, which does not destroy the original state of the materials and ensures that the insulation coefficient of the mortar will not be reduced due to the destruction of the shape of the insulation raw materials, ensuring the insulation effect of the product.

For mortar production lines with an annual output of around 20,000 tonnes, 3-6 raw material tanks are normally used, of which two large tanks are used for bulk cement and fly ash, and the remaining small tanks are used for light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. Bulk cement and fly ash into the tanks do not require lifting equipment and rely on pump trucks to pump them in. The bulk fly ash silo is generally a cylindrical support structure, with dust removal equipment on the top to prevent dust leakage and an arch breaking device on the bottom to prevent lumping of the powder, so that the powder can be unloaded smoothly, and is equipped with material level sensing equipment to keep track of the material usage in the silo.

Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand and small materials need to be lifted into small tanks using bucket elevators. The clever material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution type operation, thus avoiding wasted resources. The metering system, in conjunction with the metering screw, introduces the raw material from the silo into the metering silo and achieves raw material metering by means of data feedback from sensors. After metering, the material is guided through the screw conveyor into the main bucket elevator and lifted to the upper part of the mixer to be mixed in the bin. The silo is pneumatically operated with a large opening door, so that the material to be mixed can be quickly put into the gravity-free mixer for continuous production of dry mortar. The finished product mixed in the mixer is quickly put into the finished product bin for buffering and storage through the pneumatic quick opening door. The finished product silo is connected to the packaging machine through a soft connection into the packaging machine for metering and packing. For high output users, a belt conveyor can be added to the back of the packaging machine to transport the finished product directly to the finished product area or to the truck.
