It is mainly divided into three models of 40 tons per hour, 60 tons per hour and 80 tons per hour. The drying part can generally be optimally configured according to the size of the site in terms of plane, and can be used to dry river sand in the form of coal carbon, biomass fuel, natural gas and other forms of energy as required, with a three-return drying structure and high energy utilization. The main building adopts a tower structure, with the powder silo and admixture silo installed at the top of the main building, and the equipment installation of the metering layer, mixer layer, finished product silo, control room, bulking machine and packing machine is carried out from top to bottom. The dry mortar can be produced according to the formula of the mortar by computerised metering of the precise ingredients, and then mixed by the mixing machine to produce the required ordinary dry mortar instantly. It can also produce most of the special mortars according to the recipe. The whole process is operated in an automatic mode.
