Engineering applications of the production process of dry-mixed mortar equipment

The dry-mix mortar equipment uses a two-shaft paddle mixer, which does not destroy the original state of the material, and the fine aggregate treated by drying and sieving is mixed with the cementitious material, mineral admixture and admixture in the proportion of the construction, which can be used by adding only the amount of water and mixing evenly. The building block type dry mortar production equipment is designed according to the manufacturer's plant and investment scale. The cost is low and the process is reasonable. It also needs to be equipped with automatic metering and computerised operating system. It can produce external wall insulation mortar, self-levelling mortar, repair mortar, waterproof mortar, coloured decorative mortar, internal and external wall putty, tile adhesive, caulking and so on.

There are many ways to measure the ingredients, the very good performance is the screw conveyor, suitable for all the powder materials in the mortar, using frequency control, high horizontal arrangement degree of long life, the annual output of about 20 to 30,000 tons of dry mortar production line, in general, will use 4-6 raw material tanks, two large tanks for bulk cement and fly ash, the rest of the small tanks for light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc.. No lifting equipment is required to feed the bulk cement and fly ash into the tanks, relying on pump trucks to pump them in. The metering system, with the cooperation of the metering screw, introduces the raw materials in the silo into the metering bin and achieves the metering of the raw materials through the data feedback from the sensors. After metering, the material is guided through the screw conveyor into the main bucket elevator and lifted into the upper part of the mixer to be mixed. The silo is pneumatically operated with a large opening door, so that the material to be mixed can be quickly put into the gravity-free mixer for continuous production of dry mortar.
