At the next packing the packing equipment cannot be repacked or reacts very insensitively and the measuring accuracy of the packing cannot be guaranteed.
It is important to ensure that the dry mortar equipment is clean and tidy in appearance. During the use of dry mortar equipment, splashes of dry mortar and dust deposits can contaminate the surface of the packer and affect its appearance if not wiped and cleaned in time. Deposited dry mortar may cause measuring parts to jam or malfunction, resulting in reduced packing accuracy.
For compressed air pressure regulating valves, oil should be added regularly. A lack of oil in the compressed air regulating valve can lead to poor movement of the drive cylinder, affecting the execution of the dry mortar equipment controller commands, leading to measurement accuracy errors or even cylinder failure.
