Dry-mix mortar equipment can meet the production of different performance requirements
Dry-mix mortar equipment is a mixture of granules or dry sieve agglomerates (such as quartz sand), inorganic cementitious materials (such as cement) and additives (such as polymers), which are physically mixed in proportion to each other. In powder form, it is transported to the construction site in bags or in bulk and can be used directly after mixing with water. Dry mortar equipment acts as a bonding, cushioning, protective and decorative layer in thin layers in the construction industry and is widely used in building and decorative engineering applications.
1. Good dispersibility.
The unique structural design inside the mixer can effectively disperse polypropylene fibres and wood fibres, completely solving the problem of fibre segregation and secondary aggregation caused by the specific gravity of different materials.
2. Wide range of uses.
This dry mortar equipment can meet the production requirements of dry mortar equipment with different performance requirements, such as: masonry mortar, gypsum mortar, mortar required for insulation system, decorative mortar and other dry mortars.
3. Cost effectiveness.
This is the production item for exterior wall insulation and decorative mortar. It not only has low investment and high efficiency, but also avoids the waste of resources caused by idle equipment and excessive investment.
4. Easy to use.
This dry-mixed mortar equipment covers a small area, has low energy consumption, is easy to operate and can be installed and used directly without foundation. It can produce 3-5 tons per hour and the operator can be 3-6 persons.
Sometimes when the dry-mix mortar equipment is put into use, I don't know why the motor will suddenly shake. We have summarised the following points for your reference.
Firstly, the bolt is caused by a broken connecting bolt on the motor of the dry mortar plant. Next, followed by the shaft head, the head shaft above the motor of the dry mortar plant unit is tilted. Thirdly, followed by the chain, the motor chain and the head wheel on the motor were unstable. Fourthly, then the rim, the front edge of the motor is too worn.
The causes of motor shaking in dry mortar equipment are the four we have summarised above. If you encounter this situation in the future, it is recommended to find out the causes from the above four aspects and then solve them in time.
