If it is not used for a long period of time, rust-proof oil can be applied to the same surface and finish of the blades. If the material on the mixer blades is not cleaned, it will be difficult to clean them when they are placed in the future. Mixing time will affect the mixing power and homogeneity.
After use, please note if the fasteners are loose and tighten them in time. The dry mortar equipment will use the working channel and the solid parts should be viewed promptly. It is strictly forbidden to trap nails, steel wires and other hard objects in the cement and sand during the feeding process to avoid damaging the machine. Select materials prior to feeding to ensure no other impurities are present.
After using the dry mortar equipment for a period of time, check the unevenness of the lubricant level and fill the measuring hole to see the oil level. The quality of the oil is 30#. Lubricant is an important part of the machinery and equipment. If the lubricant is not compensated in time, the drive components may wear out, therefore the lubricant should be checked regularly.
The production quality of dry mortar equipment is good or bad, the main mixing uniformity is high. Of course, operation is also more important. For example, sand in fine aggregates should be dried after handling with a moisture content of less than 0.5 % and other types of water less than 1.0 %. Depending on the grain size stored in different silos, raw materials should be stored in special silos and clearly marked. The measurement method should use the mass method with a measurement error of less than ± 2%. The dry mortar equipment should be mixed and blended. Mixing and conveying equipment should be cleaned.
