Advantages of the application of the four main products of dry mortar.

1. Tile binder: used to paste ceramic tiles, polished tiles and natural stones such as granite.

Product advantages.

(1). Construction, sag resistance, construction quality and efficiency are greatly improved

(2). Material saving, thin layer bonding possible

(3). Environmental protection, no toxic additives

(4). Simple and convenient, easy quality control

(5). Strong bond, reduce delamination and spalling, avoid hollow drums and cracking

2. Masonry mortar: mortar for building brick, stone and other kinds of masonry blocks.

Product advantages.

(1). It has excellent water retention and enables the mortar to set more densely under better conditions, and ensures mortar bonding even on dry block substrates.

(2). The mechanical properties of the mortar are stiff and tough after setting

(3). Low plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage, ensuring maximum dimensional stability of the wall

(4). Excellent construction and bonding ability

3. Insulation mortar: polystyrene particles with cellulose, rubber powder, fibres and other additives with thermal insulation properties of mortar.

Product advantages.

(1). Can be applied on wet substrates

(2). Easy to apply with water

(3). Green and environmentally friendly, excellent thermal insulation effect

(4). Stable physical and mechanical properties, low shrinkage rate, prevent shrinkage cracking or cracking

(5). Drying and hardening block, short construction period

(6). Small density, reduce the weight of the building, conducive to structural design

(7). High bond strength, not easy to hollow and fall off

4. Plastering mortar: mortar applied to the surface of buildings or building elements.

Product advantages.

(1). Good compatibility makes the base surface smooth and even

(2). Reduces the number of layers of plaster and improves work efficiency

(3). Good water vapour permeability

(4). Good resistance to sagging, low viscosity to plastering tools, ease of application

(5). Ability to withstand a range of external influences

(6). Good water retention properties of the mortar and no cracks after hardening

(7). Sufficient resistance to water washout for use in bathrooms and other wet room plastering

(8). Better resistance to cracking and seepage
