Working principle.
This dry powder mortar equipment adopts horizontal, cylindrical appearance design and double or multi-layer compound screw belt design inside. In other words, the horizontal spindle is equipped with two or more spiral belts with the same conveying capacity, different spiral diameters and different spiral rotation directions. Usually when the spindle is rotating, one belt conveys the material from left to right and the other belt conveys the material from right to left. Consequently, convection mixing occurs in the machine to achieve uniform mixing.
When the machine is mixed, the material in the machine is subject to the action of two rotors in opposite directions, carrying out compound movement, the slurry leaves drive the material along the inner wall of the machine trough for counterclockwise rotation, on the one hand, drive the material to flip around, in the two rotors cross overlapping shape weightless area, in this area, regardless of the shape of the material, size, and density, can make the material float in the instant weightless state, which makes the material in the machine trough to form a complete continuous cycle of flip, interlocking shear, so as to achieve rapid and soft mixing uniform effect.
