Dry mortar equipment set configuration:
For large output plants, 4-6 raw material tanks are normally used, of which two large tanks are used for bulk cement and fly ash and the remaining small tanks are used for light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials etc. Bulk cement and fly ash into the tanks do not require lifting equipment and rely on pump trucks to pump them in. The bulk fly ash silo is generally a cylindrical support structure, with dust removal equipment on the top to prevent dust leakage and an arch breaking device on the bottom to prevent lumping of the powder, so that the powder can be unloaded smoothly, and is equipped with material level sensing equipment to keep track of the material usage in the silo.
Dry mortar equipment mainly consists of storage tank, double shaft gravity-free mixer, elevator, bin to be mixed, small bin, finished product bin, packing scale, bucket elevator, dust collector, automatic measuring and weighing bin, frame and so on. The storage tank is mainly used to store raw materials, the general capacity is 60 cubic meters, the number is 3, used to store cement, fly ash, sand and other materials, production according to the customer's recipe will be cement, fly ash, sand proportionally transported to the batching scale bin, in the batching scale bin will be matched with the material to the bucket elevator, cellulose, gum powder and other small proportion of valuable masterbatch can be measured through the electronic scale into the admixture hopper, after the bucket elevator The materials are then unloaded into the double-axis gravity-free mixer for mixing, and the mixed materials are fed into the finished product bin by the pneumatic door and packaged by the valve packaging machine.

The dry mortar is mainly composed of raw materials such as cement, dry sand, fly ash and thickening powder. A small amount of additives such as cellulose ether are added to the mortar for special processes, and these powders and granules are stored in storage tanks for production. The wet sand is first sent via conveyor to the sifter for sieving and then via conveyor belt to the three-way dryer in the drying line for drying.

Mixing system
The mixer is a key part of the mortar material production and is the "heart" of the whole production line. Our mixer is a combination of foreign technology for dry mortar services, the weighted mixer can achieve the following performance.

(1) The mixing uniformity is above 99%, and the mixing is uniform in 1-3 minutes.

(2) With the mixing principle and mixer design to achieve mixing quality and rate based on reduced energy consumption. (Such as organic powder polystyrene particle insulation mortar and inorganic glass beads insulation mortar mixing principle)

(3) High-speed flying knife, ground dispersion of fibres.

(4)The whole machine adopts gas seal, pneumatic large open door, of the discharge device door, slurry leaf list plate wear-resistant design, long life, easy maintenance, reliable and stable.

Finished product bin and secondary mixing system
The finished product bin and the secondary mixing system are designed for the production of fibres, poor fluidity and granular materials that are prone to bridging and adhesion. The system achieves fast and continuous discharge, and the finished product bin with air floatation device for special raw materials can be discharged smoothly.
