Annual output of 200,000 tons of fully automatic ready-mixed mortar production line for large dry mortar production equipment, packaging output is for for 15 tons per hour. Bulk is 40 tons per hour. The production line can be customized according to the customer's site requirements with different installation specifications. The production line is computer controlled from drying of yellow sand to automatic measurement of raw materials, automatic mixing, automatic bagging and automatic bulking, with a high degree of automation; the design scheme and process flow are simple, scientific and reasonable; i.e. economic and environmental protection, which is the preferred dry mortar equipment for customers' investment.

The automatic dry mortar production line mainly consists of mixing system, storage system, conveying system, lifting system, weighing system, to be mixed system, packaging system, dust removal system, material level control system, alarm system, air pressure system, the whole machine control system, etc. The production line of dry mortar equipment with an annual output of 200,000 tons mainly synthesizes sand, cement, fly ash, vitriol and additives into ready-mixed dry mortar; in areas where commercial sand is scarce, crushing system, screening system and drying system can be added.

The large dry mortar equipment is equipped with: sand dryer, sand vibrating screen, belt conveyor machine, raw material storage bin, measuring and weighing hopper, gravity-free dry powder mixer, bucket elevator, finished product bin, automatic packaging machine, on-site storage tank and other equipment.

The structure of large dry powder mortar equipment production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons is as follows.
1.Dry powder mixing system: preferably non-gravity mixer to ensure the stability of product quality.
2.Dry powder weighing system: It is composed of measuring spiral, weighing bin, sensor, PLC, discharge spiral, etc. The high precision sensor can be up to 3 parts per million, and the closed circuit constituted by PLC can correct the error.
3, dry powder packaging system: the packaging machine has an open mouth and valve mouth. Valve mouth packaging machine using self-sealing pockets, one person can operate, not suitable for packaging materials with light aggregates; open mouth packaging machine is basically suitable for all dry mortar packaging, but need more than one person at the automatic sealing machine to assist in packaging.
