Dry mortar is mainly composed of raw materials such as cement, dry sand, fly ash and thickening powder. A small amount of additives such as cellulose ether are added to the mortar for special processes and these powders and granules are stored in storage tanks for production use. The wet sand is first sent by conveyor to the sifter for screening and then sent by conveyor belt to the three-way dryer in the drying line for drying.
There are potential pitfalls in the production of the dry mortar production line and users need to take early precautions to ensure production.
